How to reduce anger through graphology

By- Khushboo

ANGER : Anger is just one letter short of DANGER.

“Anger is an acid that can do more harm to vessel in which it is stored than to anything on which it is poured.” – Mark Twain

Anger is one such emotion which if used in an effective way, can help you to achieve success; but if used in a wrong way, there is nothing more destructive than it. Wikipedia defines anger as, “Anger is an emotional response related to one's psychological interpretation of having been threatened. Often it indicates when one's basic boundaries are violated.” Anger is one such emotion or characteristic which is rarely absent in anyone’s personality. Only difference is the degree of getting angry. Some people get angry very easily while some get angry only when something terribly goes wrong. Although anger is a very natural emotion, people find it difficult to deal with it. Anger not only affects the person on whom the anger is directed, it also affects the person holding it.

We all know the consequences of anger. Anger can destroy anything in few seconds, which has taken a lifetime to build.

The point of concern here is, in spite of knowing that anger results in harmful consequences, people find it difficult to get rid of it. Some people even make it a tagline to give excuses by saying, “you know how I am, I get angry very easily, I don’t do it purposely it just happens.” What they don’t realize is that by saying this they are making it only their weakness. There is an interesting theory about anger.

Some say, if the anger is channelized in a correct way, you can achieve your goals aggressively. On the other hand, if not channelized in a proper way, it can destroy almost anything. Even though we may want to agree with this theory, the fact remains that even a mere thought of anger has the power to affect you and your life in a destructive way. It is always better to work on your anger and try to reduce it. This will help to relieve lot of your stress and live your life in a peaceful way.

There are many therapies available today for anger management. Anger Management has become a need of the hour today. Graphology or handwriting analysis helps you to understand the aspect of anger in your nature through your handwriting. Graphotherapy is one such therapy which can be helpful for anger management. So let us see which part or which formations in our handwriting reveal the aspect of anger:

Club Strokes are tapering strokes which most appear towards the end of letters. The variation in pressure can be seen easily as shown in the fig.

People having Club Strokes in their writing, tend to get very angry. They have lot of anger in them and tend to have violent thoughts. Majority of people having Club Strokes said the reason for their anger was, things not going as per their wish. These people find it difficult to control their temper and tend to behave harshly with people.  As I said earlier, even a thought of anger has the power to affect you adversely, venting out a lot of anger has more adverse effects. People with strong or too many Club Strokes in their handwriting tend to have joint-pain problems.

Through Graphotherapy, Club Strokes can be reduced and thus, anger can be reduced or brought in control.
